Rob Jenkins

I grew up in a small town north of Toronto, Canada where I learned to love making pie with my Dad and canoeing in Algonquin Park in the summers. Since then, I've completed a Doctor of Education Degree at the University of Bath, a master’s degree at the London School of Economics, and spent my career traveling the world working with UNICEF. Most recently, I served as the Global Director of Education and Adolescent Development. Before this, I spent 25 years working in international development and humanitarian programming in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

In my free time, I love to run, walk our Bernese Mountain dog (Moose), play a very mediocre guitar, and visit our two grown kids, Meghan and Charlie.  I am very excited to be joining the Harvard Graduate School of Education faculty and getting to know you!
